Richard Reid

Richard Reid is a retired commercial banker with over four decades serving privately owned businesses by providing financing for growth,  equipment, property, and business acquisitions. As an accomplished manager, he has led teams through-out Southern California to consistently high performance by creating disciplined sales cultures  and maintaining prudent underwriting practices. Most recently as Managing Director of First Bank, Rich led commercial lending teams whose target market stretched from Santa Barbara to San Diego.  After starting his career with what is now Bank of the West, Rich also had successful leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Union Bank.

Community involvement has included Rotary, Association for Corporate Growth, Board Member of Rehabilitation Institute of So. California,  and sports coaching. Currently Rich is engaged with Cal State Fullerton in two programs involving mentoring and coaching business students. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California,  happily married and is enjoying more time with his two children and three grand-children.
