The Future of Money and Banking An Interview With Jason Hartman

November 03, 2023
Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series! Before we dive in, our readers would love to “get to know you” a bit better. Can you tell us a bit about your ‘backstory’ and how you got started in this industry?
Nice to meet you, I am Ralph Adamo, Financial Advisor and Author of the newly released financial book “Integrity at Work”. I started my career as a wealth advisor with a strong passion for helping people secure their financial futures. I quickly recognized that clients required broader services and a personalized plan to address their concerns and needs in today’s complex world. My clients soon realized that I had an inherent ability to go beyond the surface and understand the deeper emotional elements underlying financial issues and those clients referred their friends, family, and colleagues to me which caused my portfolio of business to grow steadily.
Over the years I have prepared myself to address the increasingly complex array of financial services that comprise a truly comprehensive and far-reaching multi- generational wealth management program by acquiring the well-respected ChFC, CLU credentials along with a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) from The American College.
Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you began your career?
In 2003 I formed Integrity Wealth Management and began developing what became the proprietary WealthTrac™ FORMula. I built a team of professionals that provide clients with the collective experience and an insightful creative strategy to help achieve their lifelong financial goals.
Can you please give us your favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share how that was relevant to you in your life?
“If you don’t arrive safe, we don’t arrive safe. Failure is not an option.” This quote has always resonated with me. In my life, I’ve found that waiting for opportunities rarely leads to success. It’s the proactive steps, the networking, the continuous learning, and the determination to create opportunities that have propelled my career forward. It emphasizes personal responsibility not just for oneself, but for a collective goal or mission.
It speaks to the understanding that the actions and safety of one person can impact the safety and success of an entire group. This sense of responsibility is crucial in various aspects of life, whether it’s in a professional team, a family, or a community.
This quote underscores a commitment to excellence and the pursuit of high standards. It implies a dedication to doing one’s best, taking necessary precautions, and ensuring that every effort is made to achieve a goal successfully. This commitment to excellence has been a driver for professional growth and contributed to achieving significant milestones in my life.
Lastly, the quote encourages mindful decision-making. It implies that every action and decision can have consequences, not just for oneself but for others. This awareness can lead to more thoughtful and considerate choices in various situations.
Ok wonderful. Let’s now shift to the main focus of our interview. Can you tell our readers about the most interesting projects you are working on now?...
